Our Management
Started his journey as a warehouse coordinator with renowned MNC logistics companies. Primary role in consolidating goods purchased, scheduling delivery and ensuring schedules are met. Proceeded to the perishable food industry for 9 years, involved in warehousing duties, training employees and delivery scheduling ensuring goods quantities were correct and qualities were of high hygiene standards while managing island wide sales.
Dalvin worked his way up the Security industry holding several senior positions such as General Manager and Head of Department. A dedicated leader, committed to exceeding clients’ expectations. Successfully integrating manpower with processes and technology, to maximize efficiency and generate sustainable & profitable business solutions.
With knowledge and work experience attained from warehousing, transportation, handling food standards and lastly security, he now embarks on a new journey in familiar territory with his partner, in the transport & logistics industry, with a vision for continuous improvement for a sustainable future.

Began his professional career in the Singapore Armed Forces., where he cultivated his core values of discipline and integrity. Successfully transiting into the logistics industry, his expertise in deliveries and logistics management, ensured smooth and flawless operations. In the transportation sector, he efficiently managed the movement of containers, ensuring a seamless flow of goods between different locations. Building on his diverse experiences, Dhiran ventured into the oil and gas industry as a safety officer, working with renowned companies, where he prioritized the well-being of his colleagues and ensured a safe working environment for the rest of the workforce.
Continuing his ascent, he joined esteemed MNCs, where his extensive background allowed him to lead teams effectively, instilling discipline and upholding strong core values. Dhiran’s remarkable journey is a testament to his adaptability and leadership skills, enabling him to guide teams to success while fostering a culture of excellence and responsibility
With his wealth of experience and unwavering commitment to his principles, Dhiran continues to inspire and shape the future of EliteSia Forwarders along with his partner and looking for transformation into a sustainable future in mind.

- Regular maintenance and inspection of vehicles and equipment must be conducted to ensure safe operations.
- Crew must adhere to the prescribed hours-of-service regulations and rest periods to prevent fatigue-related accidents and maintain road safety.
Handling and Cargo Security
- Cargo must be handled with utmost care to prevent damage during transportation.
- Crew will be trained on relevant safety measures when handling cargo. PPE will be provided to the crew.
